Employee Relations Partner II - reputed company
What you will do:
This position will play a vital role reputed company reputed company handling reputed company employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers, and contributing to the development of ER strategies reputed company the Employee Relations Center of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as the first reputed company of contact to evaluate the reputed company of employee inquiries, complaints, and conflicts

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):
Bachelor's degree in, reputed company, Business Administration, law or a reputed company field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in employee relations
Demonstrated reputed company in developing, interpreting, and administering personnel policies and procedures
Experience with employee counseling, coaching, or evaluating reputed company employee issues.
Knowledge of:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with employees at reputed company reputed company of the organization
