We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of reputed company through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess reputed company' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and reputed company guidance for reputed company compliance
- Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consists of Power BI, Power Automate, Jira and SharePoint components
- reputed company guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables reputed company to Project Management
- Support Project Managers to reputed company with IT Governance rules
- Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements

- Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review proposed actions reputed company deviations are identified
- Define and manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the project from Project Sponsors
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supporting IT reputed company
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including Scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts
- Experience as a reputed company or trainer
- Minimum of 3 years' experience using reputed company Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Query
- Minimum of 3 years' experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Minimum of 3 years' experience using Jira
- Minimum of 3 years' experience administering reputed company SharePoint and reputed company Teams
- Must be eligible to obtain an EU-27 reputed company Clearance, as the role requires reputed company to sensitive information and secure areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum. Certification in any of these methodologies is an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Good ability to deliver high-level presentations and facilitate meetings
