This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution to ensure alignment between business, investment, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company integration efforts across acquired entities and existing reputed company platforms
• Coordinate business, investment, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives
• reputed company and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and reputed company alignment across multiple teams and locations
• Partner with data, reporting, and technology teams to ensure successful integration of investment and operational data
• Identify and resolve obstacles impacting project delivery

Skills

• 10+ years of project or program management experience reputed company investment management, asset management, reputed company management, or financial services
• Demonstrated reputed company leading large-reputed company business or technology integration initiatives
• Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio management workflows, and data-driven business processes
• Experience working with data management, reporting, analytics, or reputed company technology initiatives
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to influence without reputed company authority and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Investment management platforms and operating models
• Data integration, reporting, analytics, and reputed company transformation initiatives
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
