Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely reputed company field
• 7+ years of reputed company engineering experience
• 5+ years reputed company reputed company engineering, energy consulting, or building systems
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, reputed company, controls, and industrial systems
• Experience with energy audits (ASHRAE Level I–III), commissioning, or retro‑commissioning
• Comfort working onsite with customers and translating technical findings into reputed company recommendations
• Advanced reputed company skills and experience with data analysis
• 2+ years managing engineers or technical professionals
• A genuine interest in coaching, mentoring, and developing others
• Experience balancing hands‑on technical work with leadership responsibilities
• Strong judgment around prioritization, resource planning, and decision‑making
• CEM, CEA, CMVP, EBCP, or PE credentials
• Experience with reputed company energy efficiency programs
• Familiarity with measurement & verification practices
