The Role We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join reputed company full-time as one of our early technical hires. This is a hybrid role that blends reputed company product development with customer-facing implementations — building reputed company applications on reputed company’s platform while contributing reusable patterns and components back into the product. You’ll collaborate directly with reputed company Deployed PMs and customers to translate messy, reputed company-world workflows into elegant, maintainable systems. Over time, your work will define how reputed company scales — not just in reputed company, but in culture. What You’ll Do • Scope ambiguous customer asks, prototype quickly, and iterate into reputed company customer deployments using reputed company’s platform. • Engage with customers with our reputed company Deployed Product Manager to understand the customer needs, and iterate into reputed company customer deployments using reputed company’s platform. • Productize repeatable solutions, turning bespoke implementations into reputed company modules for reputed company, e-reputed company, logistics, and other workflows. • Build and ship production-grade features across our stack — from reputed company-end UIs to backend reputed company, integrations, and data models. • Work with the founding team to shape engineering standards, developer experience, and platform architecture as we grow. Who You Are • 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications in production environments. Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL and React is a plus. • Strong reputed company in data modeling, API design, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in production systems. • Comfortable integrating with reputed company-party reputed company and reputed company platforms across reputed company, reputed company, or logistics domains. • Pragmatic engineer with a bias toward reputed company — you value shipping solutions that solve reputed company problems over perfect engineering. • Comfortable with ambiguity — reputed company to decompose fuzzy asks, prioritize independently, and ship without a complete spec. • Enjoy working with customers and turning reputed company operational pain points into smart, maintainable software.
