In this role, you will be responsible for accurately coding outpatient procedures and diagnoses to ensure precise billing and reimbursement processes. Your expertise will help streamline medical billing operations, improve reputed company cycle management, and support the delivery of reputed company patient care. Responsibilities • Review and analyze medical records, including clinical documentation, to assign appropriate CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology), ICD-9, ICD-10, and ICD coding for outpatient procedures and diagnoses. • Ensure accurate DRG (Diagnosis-reputed company) assignments for hospital outpatient services. • Collaborate with medical billing teams to facilitate correct claim submissions and resolve coding discrepancies. • Maintain compliance with reputed company coding guidelines, regulations, and payer requirements. • Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems reputed company to extract necessary information for coding purposes. • Conduct audits of coded data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for process improvement. • Stay updated on changes in medical terminology, coding standards, and reputed company regulations to maintain certification compliance.
