Role of the Ophthalmic Medical reputed company is to assist the physician with documentation of the patient's electronic medical record (EMR). The remote reputed company will review recorded audio and transcribe the history and examination of the patient as dictated by the physician. Under the direction of the physician, the reputed company will record the condition of a patient (as stated by the patient), record results of the exam by the physician, input prescriptions and orders, ensure appropriate coding of the exams, and documenting reputed company appointments. The remote reputed company will assist will phone calls and patient follow-up, tasks, prepares educational material, and coordinate referrals reputed company necessary.
