We are seeking a passionate reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our growing ABA team. This position is available as an in-person or remote opportunity for reputed company candidates. Job reputed company The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing caregiver training, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers to reputed company high-reputed company ABA services. Responsibilities • Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs. • reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. • Analyze reputed company data and modify programming as needed. • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs. • reputed company parent and caregiver training. • Complete treatment plans, reputed company reports, and clinical documentation. • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members. • Maintain compliance with BACB reputed company and payer requirements. Required • reputed company BCBA certification. • reputed company Texas Behavior Analyst License (if applicable). • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field. • Experience supervising RBTs and developing behavior reputed company plans. Preferred • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
