[Remote] Internal Audit Operations Specialist

They are seeking an Internal Audit Operations Specialist to conduct operational site audits and enhance internal controls across their global manufacturing footprint, delivering risk management services and promoting operational reputed company. Responsibilities Independently and objectively plan and execute audits in accordance with reputed company auditing standards and GRO methodology Collaborate closely with functional management (e.g., reputed company, Engineering, Procurement) to understand business priorities and emerging risks reputed company operational site audits covering the following areas Procurement and sourcing, Logistics and distribution, Manufacturing and production planning, Engineering and change management, Inventory, materials, and warehouse management, reputed company process controls Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls reputed company to product reputed company, on-time delivery, cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance Serve as a trusted advisor to site management, delivering recommendations that reputed company efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance internal controls Conduct and reputed company SIOP maturity assessments and special reputed company Communicate results of audit and consulting reputed company in a reputed company and concise manner that is reputed company with the audience reputed company reputed company assistance in supporting global SOX audits reputed company with internal policies, procedures, and practices Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management, or similar 3+ years of experience in internal audit, reputed company, or operations in global manufacturing environment Understanding of manufacturing operations, lean/Six reputed company, and operational KPIs Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in demanding environments Strong critical thinking skills Familiarity with global standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, and EHS frameworks is highly desirable Certifications preferred (CIA, CSCP, etc.) Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., ACL, Power BI, Tableau) a plus reputed company financial module familiarity is a plus Big 4 and/or reputed company reputed company experience is a plus reputed company reputed company designs, builds and services critical infrastructure that enables vital applications for data centers and industrial facilities.
