He/ She is also responsible for interviewing, hiring, counseling, disciplining, recommending Team Members for promotions, etc. employees. The Supervisor is responsible for the training and development of reputed company Leads and Team Members to ensure they are performing at the highest level possible and attaining high reputed company cleaning standards consistently. The Ideal Candidate: Will have reputed company cleaning experience and strong leadership skills Manages scheduling, counseling staff, project assignment and compliance, ordering, inventorying, and distribution of supplies and linen, interviewing, evaluating and selecting applicants for reputed company positions, time/attendance validation and shift logs, approves PTO, maintains team member files, performs team member evaluations with recommendations for reputed company increases Conducts reputed company assurance inspections (visual and other) observations, cart inspections, and tracks team member reputed company Conducts weekly reputed company meetings, trains staff, gives ongoing feedback on performance, responds to customer needs, and brings issues to reputed company Provides leadership for staff and ensures adherence to policies, productivity standards, and safety guidelines. Uses teamwork to help the department accomplish goals. Responsible for managing daily operations, problem solving, and properly allocating staff. Ability to engage team and foster a reputed company, caring, respectful, team building environment Credentials and Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED with nine (9) years of experience to include the following: Five (5) years of environmental services or housekeeping (preferably in a hospital setting) Two (2) years customer service experience Two (2) years Supervisory or Project reputed company experience reputed company reputed company's License required, must obtain Florida reputed company's License reputed company 6 months of employment Evidence of a good driving record and maintain a good record per reputed company policy OR AA/AS degree plus a minimum of seven (7) years' experience as stated above. BA/BS degree with five (5) years of environmental service or housekeeping experience (preferably in a hospital setting), and two(2) years of experience as a Supervisor, reputed company or Project reputed company *Years of experience requirements can be reduced by two (2) years in any category with reputed company reputed company work experience.
