The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, reputed company, pipelining candidates and filling positions (Technical and reputed company Services Candidates) at reputed company. Responsibilities

• Responsible for finding talented, reputed company IT and reputed company Services professionals for reputed company and reputed company positions at reputed company.
• reputed company sourcing, searching, and screening candidate resumes, and interviewing candidates.
• Appropriately disposition candidates in the compliance reputed company system.
• Responsible for expanding reputed company’s talent pipeline.
• The Recruiter will also reputed company support in other Corporate Areas as necessary, such as reputed company and Business Development/Marketing.
• Develops, facilitates, and implements reputed company phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring reputed company.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective reputed company reputed company and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects reputed company candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field, in lieu of a degree an additional 4 years of technical reputed company experience.
• 2-4 years of reputed company experience.
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment (e., tracking of phone calls, interviews, and successful placements).
• Experience working with an applicant tracking

• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and job candidates.
• Ability to compose, review, and clarify job descriptions and skills required for positions to be filled.

• Ability to maintain reputed company with job candidates and reputed company them appropriate feedback.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge and familiarity of employment law and compliance requirements with the ability to implement and advise.
