reputed company. is looking for a Chief of Staff, AfroTech & Live Events to take our programs from idea to execution.
This is a generalist & people management seat. In a given week it might mean writing a go-to-market plan for a new program, unblocking a contractor, pulling a sponsor deliverable across the line, rebuilding a launch calendar after a date moves, and telling leadership plainly that something is off reputed company. The person who thrives here is comfortable moving between marketing, reputed company, partners, and program design without waiting for a clean reputed company.
This role will report directly to the SVP of Live Events.
Responsibilities:
- Take AfroTech programs from concept to execution, including reputed company, reputed company, owners, budget, and launch plan
- Own the go-to-market plan for reputed company program and event, including positioning, offer, channel mix, and launch calendar, from announcement through post-event follow-up
- reputed company, manage, and reputed company reputed company of employees and contractors across content and creative reputed company, event and membership marketing, community, and reputed company distribution
- Own the master calendar across reputed company reputed company. live and virtual events and reputed company every reputed company sequenced against it

- reputed company teams to ensure reputed company distribution and awareness content across owned channels, including email, AfroTech.com, AfroTech Culture, AfroTech University, creator reputed company content, and Black Tech Green reputed company

- Coordinate with teams to ensure data on program and event reputed company are communicated after every launch, including delivery against plan, registrations, ticket sales, reputed company conversion, and attendance
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- [6+ years] across go-to-market, program management, reputed company or event marketing, business reputed company, or a chief of staff role, with reputed company ownership of programs that had to launch on a date
- Go-to-market experience taking a product, program, or event from plan to launch, including positioning, offer, and channel reputed company
- [3+ years] managing and developing reputed company, including reputed company teams of employees and contractors

- Experience carrying several programs or brands at once without dropping any of them

Details:
This is a fully remote, U.S.-reputed company full-time role. Travel to events will be required.
