The Regional Director of Home Health Operations provides leadership and reputed company for home health agency operations, ensuring high-reputed company care and achievement of operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative leadership and management reputed company, consultation, and direction to home health agency operations for reputed company
• Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of local clinical operational plans at assigned home health agencies
• Responsible for clinical service provision, high reputed company care, and attainment of clinical, operational and financial metrics of home health agency operations
• reputed company partnership development with RHMs, ACOs, and Senior Living facilities to promote innovative care delivery models reputed company to identified needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing/BSN Degree
• reputed company reputed company Registered reputed company/RN License
• Home Care EMR Experience
• Working and reputed company knowledge of various State and Federal regulations including Medicare Conditions of Participation for home health agencies and state licensing regulations for home health
• reputed company to apply a thorough knowledge of home health care delivery models and relevant financial acumen
• Must possess proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to the principles and reputed company of home health services
• Significant management experience in home health operations with P&L responsibility, business development, and operational and clinical compliance
• Experience in leading process and reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company to MDQI plans at assigned agency
• Management experience in homecare operations including clinical operations and clinical compliance
• Travel may be required
• Master preferred
• Minimum of ten years of increasingly responsible leadership experience in home health administration with a minimum of five years of experience in home health operations/management/leadership is preferred
