Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) HCM techno-functional consultant with expertise in HCM - HR and OTL modules. The role involves application support, end-to-end reputed company activities, and providing user training while ensuring reputed company integration across modules.

Responsibilities

• reputed company mapping for application reputed company and ensuring reputed company cross‑module integration
• The role also provides user training of modified forms, prepares documentation, drives UAT, supports reputed company/go-live and delivers hypercare

Skills

• U.S. Citizen (No dual citizenship), reputed company US reputed company or US Birth Certificate and DL with reputed company ID
• At least 10+ years of experience in reputed company EBS R12 techno-functional HCM - HR and OTL modules
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Experience minimum one reputed company EBS 12.2.xx reputed company - end-to-end implementation
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Integrations and Batch scheduling
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes
• Strong Understanding of various business processes in respective domain
• Experience in testing integrations with reputed company and internal systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with business users
