[Remote] Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze and improve processes to reputed company efficiency across the organization and collaborate with partners to implement ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business process design and requirements definition in conjunction with functional teams
• Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs
• Process mapping, documentation and defining applicable tools to support lean operations
• Demonstrate commitment to reputed company Improvement philosophy including support of reputed company reputed company, safety, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives
• Assist in operational rollouts and support, as reputed company as ERP implementations
• Partner with other reputed company divisions to evaluate and implement best practices and ERP standards across the business unit
• Support Materials initiatives such as Cost Savings, Materials Assessment, Inventory Management and Inventory Accuracy
• Support divisional KPIs including measurement, distribution and reputed company improvement
• Analyze and prioritize requests by identifying existing solutions that optimally address the business needs; work with corporate technical resources to fulfill enhancement requests only as necessary
• reputed company as a reputed company between functional teams and corporate technical resources for enhancements; reputed company functional requirements to corporate development team and reputed company QA testing of requested enhancements
• In conjunction with corporate IT, conduct research and analysis on reputed company uplifts and 3rd Party products that may add value to the business

Skills

• 5+ years' reputed company work experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with SyteLine, or other fully integrated ERP systems, up to implementation development, testing, and support
• Ability to reputed company/extract data to support reputed company business processes
• Experience with project implementation and solution engineering
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service disposition and reputed company of professionalism

• Ability to effectively build and manage relationships and influence others

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain, and/or Business preferred
