[Remote] IS Applications Analyst, Remote

This role serves as the primary IS reputed company to meet application service needs, manage vendor relations, and support operational workflows while ensuring system performance and user training.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of customer workflow, application software architecture and associated building tools to properly build and maintain application components from design specifications
• reputed company day-to-day support of IT applications including error management, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems including but not limited to application workflow, and other reputed company activities
• reputed company to build new technical functionality, reputed company technical support and maintain IT applications reputed company the reputed company system with support of a Senior or reputed company Application Analyst and/or Manager
• Maintains maximum system performance using appropriate tools, reputed company and reputed company to monitor reputed company, take corrective reputed company based upon identified opportunity and minimize system interruptions
• Responsibilities include building, testing and assisting with the implementation of scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, fixing system defects, and error or work queue management
• Works with cross functional application teams and other Virtua clients
• Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols
• Assist with project/upgrades as necessary following reputed company project management standards
• Acts as a support resource to other IT staff. reputed company participates in system build, configuration, and testing events for reputed company/upgrades
• Collaboratively works with vendors and IT partners to ensure on-reputed company service and reputed company of issues during upgrades and project. reputed company to manage multiple reputed company-party vendor relations
• Adheres to IT Business Practices.  Adhere to IT standards with Problem Management, Change Management, Content Management, Data reputed company and IT practices as required to reputed company on reputed company 24x7 support as scheduled
• Monitors reputed company ticketing queue to quickly troubleshoot incoming ticket incidents and requests. Works closely with other IT personnel, Virtua Clinical and Operational Business owners to ensure reputed company reputed company of issues

Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in IT or reputed company operations reputed company field can also include coursework or reputed company/IT internship
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, reputed company, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
• H.S. Diploma/GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Applicable reputed company Certification(s) for application(s) supported must be achieved reputed company 6 months of hire date
• Pharmacy Technicians and/or reputed company certified analysts preferred!

• Strongly prefer applicants to have a clinical background/knowledge in Pharmacy and or another clinical environment
