Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective families and help convert initial interest into long-term tutoring partnerships
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while maintaining excellent customer experience

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a admissions, reputed company, account management, or sales-reputed company role
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly
