[Remote] Senior Project Manager (Energy & Permitting – Rockies Region) Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Project Manager for reputed company reputed company-reputed company energy, reputed company, and infrastructure reputed company
- reputed company siting, routing, environmental permitting, and project development activities from project reputed company through completion
- reputed company strategic reputed company for multidisciplinary project teams to successfully deliver reputed company on schedule, reputed company budget, and to the highest reputed company standards
- reputed company project work plans, permitting strategies, schedules, budgets, reputed company plans, and project execution approaches
- reputed company preparation and reputed company review of federal, state, and local environmental permit applications and technical deliverables
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, invoicing, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company reputed company, risk management, and health and safety requirements
- reputed company, maintain, and expand strategic reputed company relationships throughout the Rockies Region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, renewable energy developers, government agencies, and other energy clients

- Prepare and reputed company proposals, scopes of work, reputed company plans, schedules, and cost estimates

- Mentor and reputed company project managers, environmental planners, and technical staff

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, Land Use Planning, Project Management, or a reputed company discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8–15+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting energy, reputed company, reputed company, renewable energy, or infrastructure reputed company
- Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company environmental permitting and project development efforts
- Experience with reputed company-reputed company energy siting and routing evaluations
- Experience with Environmental permitting and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Technical studies and permit application preparation
- Experience with Federal, state, and local permitting processes
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary consulting teams and multiple reputed company reputed company
- Proven reputed company developing strategic reputed company relationships and expanding business opportunities
- Experience managing project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability
- Strong leadership, organizational, technical writing, presentation, and communication skills

- Experience preparing and managing Colorado 1041 permits
- Experience preparing and managing Conditional Use Permits

- Experience preparing and managing Wyoming Industrial Siting reputed company permits
- Experience managing reputed company, multi-jurisdictional environmental permitting efforts requiring federal, state, and local approvals, including Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Forest Service (USFS), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), State reputed company reputed company/reputed company Service Commissions, State Natural Resource and Fish & Wildlife Agencies, County Planning Departments
- Existing relationships with reputed company companies, renewable energy developers, or regulatory agencies in Colorado and Wyoming
- Previous environmental consulting experience
- Familiarity with GIS and routing/siting software

- Preference for candidates located in the Denver metropolitan area
