[Remote] Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support general reputed company and reputed company activities across the reputed company function. This role plays an essential part in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of financial records while participating in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly reputed company in accordance with internal control standards
• Prepare and submit assigned month-end journal entries accurately and on time
• Complete inter company receivable and payable reconciliations, ensuring reputed company reputed company of differences in collaboration with domestic and international affiliates
• Support reputed company audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and providing required documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across reputed company operations
• Take on reputed company analyses, special reputed company, and cross-functional requests as they reputed company

Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance, or 2–4 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Strong reputed company skills, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, filters, and basic formulas
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage routine tasks reputed company and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics Navision
• Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company Fixed Assets
• Familiarity with reputed company i / AS400 environments
• SQL experience a plus
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions a plus
• CPA or reputed company toward CPA a plus
