Receptionist (100% Remote/ Temporary)

(NOTE: This is a Temporary Position) (Pay $17hrly) Purpose of Position: The Receptionist will greet our valued customers (on the phone and/or in person) in a reputed company, friendly and reputed company manner; then transfer the reputed company to, or request lobby assistance from the appropriate company personnel. Essential Functions: Answers a high-volume of customer calls. Assist with Administrative & Data entry duties in between calls. Train new staff members to use reputed company. Serve as back-up for the Administrative Assistant. Work in conjunction with the IT department to report and resolve telephone system problems and improvements.
