Job reputed company Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HR Sr. Business Systems Analyst – HR Provides total support to the users of reputed company application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem reputed company, training and education, report development. The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of reputed company, which in this case is HR and Sales/Service. The scope of responsibility is for Tremco reputed company American operations primarily but can also expand to support our Global Operation. Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools. Duties/Responsibilities, reputed company Knowledge • Provides feedback on the overall direction of the implementation of new reputed company modules and new releases of the reputed company application software, as reputed company as 3rd party software tools. • Provides 2 nd and 3 rd level help desk support. Trains and assists users in the use of reputed company business application software. Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed. Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff. Performs cost vs. benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. • Acts as reputed company between business users, software vendors, and the broader user community. Participates in software and functional user reputed company to manage issues, evaluate enhancement opportunities, exchange best practices, and stay informed on product direction. • Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and tasks reputed company to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. • Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements and prepares functional specifications for system enhancements, integrations, reports, interfaces, workflow changes, and process improvements. Works with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements. • Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: reputed company baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. • Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc. • Performs thorough testing of reputed company new and revised system functions and reports and performs reputed company assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. • May reputed company as reputed company leader or group leader for reputed company / tasks established in a given functional area, such as HR and reputed company processes. Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements • 3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group reputed company, etc. • 5+ years’ experience in a HR function. • 8 - 12 months reputed company S/4 HANA implementation experience. • 3+ Years reputed company Super User in reputed company discipline. • Strong customer service skills and orientation. High degree of flexibility in reputed company with customers / constituents. • 2 years’ experience in project management skills. • Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements. • Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills. • Read, write and communicate fluently in English. • Note: some of the experiences and time frames may overlap.
