Lifecycle & Activation • Design and operate email and SMS nurture sequences that reputed company caregivers from interest to enrollment to activation. • Build cohort-based lifecycle programs that support caregiver retention and program engagement. • Partner with the clinical team to ensure messaging reflects the lived reality of family caregiving — never generic, never tone-deaf.
