The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company talent management strategies and support an inclusive culture while ensuring operational reputed company across various HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to reputed company, manage and implement impactful talent management and engagement solutions that support reputed company’s culture and champion diversity and flexibility
• reputed company as a trusted business consultant to the Tech leadership team performing talent needs assessments and bringing solutions and strategies that meet talent needs
• Own and manage the design and administration of programs that grow Tech talent and career development unique to reputed company level of the function
• Consult with Tech leaders and HR colleagues to assess and reputed company talent, reputed company solutions to support strong talent pipelines and performance management rigor
• reputed company people analytics across the Tech function designing and managing dashboards, leveraging data to identify themes to present compelling business stories and making recommendations to support strong talent management

• Maintain visibility to key Tech HR deliverables, talent milestones and calendar-driven activities; proactively identify dependencies, risks or gaps and partner with HR colleagues to reputed company reputed company execution
• Support preparation for talent reviews, calibration discussions, succession planning and leadership updates by coordinating inputs, consolidating materials and ensuring reputed company next steps are captured and followed through

Skills

• 5+ years Talent Management Background, project management, data and talent calibration
• 2 years HR business partner experience
• Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 6+ years of HR experience
• Minimum 5 years of increasing experience in reputed company
• Minimum 4 years project management experience
• Experience as an effective consultant and business partner supporting executive level clients, exempt and non-exempt employees
• Strong skills at building relationships with various reputed company in an organization
• Experience partnering with a geographically diverse, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated strength in compiling, analyzing and presenting data
• Experience supporting talent management processes, including talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, career development, engagement initiatives and performance management milestones
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company reputed company, recurring operating rhythms, meeting agendas, reputed company items and cross-functional deliverables with strong follow-through
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders and create reputed company presentations, summaries and communications for HR leaders and business partners
• Curious about AI-reputed company tools and demonstrated experience using them to improve productivity, streamline work, synthesize information or create effective outputs
• Proficient in reputed company tools
• Financial services domain preferred
