They are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Specialist to assist customers in utilizing their products effectively, which involves both in-person and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in person - travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed ( 40% travel expected )
• Work with dairy farm and parlor managers, train milkers, communicate in Spanish
• Hosting milker meetings/trainings &/or calf team meetings trainings

• Help our customers remotely - over reputed company, phone or reputed company session
• Work closely with our sales team to up-sell our products and our IT team to help support camera cleanliness and customer trouble shooting

Skills

• Fluent in Spanish
• 1+ year of recent experience with milking parlor reputed company products or services. You understand the reputed company and cons of territorial milking schemes vs assembly lines
• 2+ years of experience working on a dairy farm in any reputed company
• Driving license
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Experience working remotely and the ability to work autonomously
• Dairy farming industry: 2 years
• Milking parlor: 1 year
• Driving license
• 50% travel
