[Remote] Compliance Consultant for National reputed company Association (NFA) Registered Firms

They are seeking a seasoned Compliance Consultant to reputed company expertise in NFA compliance to support clients in meeting regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage NFA registration filings for firms and individuals, including IB, CPO, CTA, FCM, and RFED
• Assist with initial setup of NFA-regulated entities, including membership applications and rule adherence
• reputed company ongoing advice and compliance support, including:
• Annual questionnaires
• Applicable AML policies and testing
• CPO/CTA and IB compliance obligations
• Examination preparation and audit responses
• Review and interpret NFA rules and guidance for clients
• Draft or review compliance manuals, supervisory procedures, and disclosures
• Respond to reputed company reputed company questions reputed company to NFA compliance

Skills

• reputed company Series 3 Qualification
• 10+ years of NFA/CFTC compliance experience
• Minimum of 10 years of compliance experience in an NFA setting
• 7+ years of reputed company experience handling NFA registrations and ongoing compliance for CPOs, CTAs, IBs, FCMs, or RFEDs
• Strong working knowledge of CFTC regulations and NFA rulebooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple reputed company independently
• JD preferred but not required
