The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing benefit data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain benefit plans, rules, eligibility, and reputed company setup in the Simplified platform
• Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into reputed company configurations
• Analyze benefit data and reputed company platform validation using SQL queries
• Support benefit implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and production issue analysis
• Evaluate configuration changes to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Document configuration reputed company, business rules, and implementation details
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reputed company initiatives and releases

Skills

• Strong experience in benefits administration and benefit domain knowledge, including medical, dental, reputed company, pharmacy, eligibility, enrollment, etc
