They are seeking a Senior Level Investor to join their Corporate Private Credit team, responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing investment reputed company in reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company market, reputed company and reputed company new relationships and reputed company transactions from intermediaries, sponsors and directly with borrowers
• reputed company unique investment reputed company and evaluate new industries for potential investment
• Screen new transactions, prepare, issue, negotiate and execute term sheets
• Build operating models, reputed company valuation analysis, financial analysis and conduct industry research
• reputed company and attend management meetings, financial and reputed company advisors on process management, diligence, structuring and negotiations with borrowers
• Prepare and present comprehensive investment memoranda and investment committee materials

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of leveraged finance experience
• 5 to 7 years of private credit reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company reputed company
• Ability to reputed company in a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial, energetic and technically proficient
• Self-motivated, ambitious and has a high energy level
• MBA with a finance reputed company and/or JD, demonstrating superior reputed company achievements
• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
