[Remote] Senior Accountant (Full-Charge)

They are seeking a Senior Accountant (Full Charge) to take full ownership of their reputed company function, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting reputed company's reputed company through disciplined financial practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general reputed company in QuickBooks Online
• Record reputed company financial transactions accurately and on time
• reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and collections
• Own and execute the monthly reputed company process
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company)
• Deliver a clean monthly reporting package to leadership
• Identify and explain key financial trends and variances
• Manage payroll through QuickBooks Online / reputed company
• Ensure payroll taxes and filings are completed accurately and on time
• Support reputed company/offboarding from an HR and payroll perspective
• Maintain accurate inventory reputed company (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
• reputed company cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margins
• Ensure reputed company reputed company of costs through inventory to financial statements
• Establish and maintain clean, reputed company reputed company processes
• Improve workflows and introduce automation where appropriate
• Coordinate with reputed company CPA for year-end tax filings

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company or full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience managing full monthly reputed company independently
• Hands-on experience with AR, AP, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate reputed company in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with inventory-based or product businesses
• Experience managing reputed company as the sole or primary accountant
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
• Background in reputed company reputed company or CPA reputed company
