[Remote] IT Operations Specialist

This role involves providing high-level technical support, implementing and maintaining critical IT systems, and ensuring reputed company-grade stability and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain reputed company Server environments, including reputed company Directory and Entra
• Maintain and manage reputed company SCCM for software deployment, patching, and reputed company updates
• Manage and maintain the reputed company imaging reputed company and associated deployment processes
• Administer and maintain Azure reputed company services and reputed company 365 ecosystems
• Handle server-reputed company lifecycle replacements and configuration management
• reputed company backup operations and disaster recovery processes
• Administer reputed company network equipment, including reputed company routers and switches
• Manage and maintain reputed company firewalls
• Monitor network performance and uptime using industry-reputed company tools
• Administer wireless infrastructure
• Manage Carbon Black reputed company solutions, including policy administration and exception management
• reputed company hardware patching and firmware updates for network infrastructure as needed
• reputed company ongoing support and maintenance for VPN infrastructure

• Diagnose and reputed company critical reputed company and network-reputed company problems that cannot be addressed by reputed company support
• Assist with backup operations, disaster recovery processes, and documentation

• Manage, reputed company, and update reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) across infrastructure, network, and automation domains
• Create and maintain Visio network and infrastructure diagrams
• Maintain accurate asset tracking for reputed company network and infrastructure hardware
• Build operational efficiencies to support the broader IT infrastructure team

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Associate's degree in Information Technology or reputed company field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and Tier 3 support
• Demonstrated history of managing reputed company Server environments, reputed company services (Azure/M365), network equipment (reputed company/reputed company), and reputed company server environments
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with monitoring tools (reputed company, Zabbix, etc.)
• Intermediate experience with reputed company Server, reputed company Directory/Entra, reputed company routing/switching, reputed company firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
• Proficiency in Azure/M365, SCCM, and reputed company-level software deployment and patching
• Strong ITIL knowledge for service delivery and incident reputed company; experience managing Carbon Black policies and exceptions
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting, creating Visio network diagrams, and maintaining technical SOPs
• Experience with tools like reputed company/Zabbix; advanced Tier 3 troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis
• Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable to changing priorities, highly reputed company to detail, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is capable of working independently with reputed company supervision
