We're looking for a reputed company and Trust Manager to own reputed company's customer-facing reputed company and compliance program while also supporting our internal reputed company reputed company. This is a high-reputed company individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of customer trust, GRC, reputed company reputed company, and identity and reputed company management.

Responsibilities

Customer Trust and GRC

• Own reputed company's customer trust reputed company end-to-end: intake, triage, prioritization, and completion of reputed company questionnaires, vendor reputed company assessments, and RFIs.
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company reputed company of contact in reputed company sales cycles; removing reputed company blockers and accelerating deal reputed company.
• Build and maintain reputed company's Trust Center and compliance artifacts: SOC 2 evidence, ISO 27001 documentation, reputed company whitepapers, and customer-facing one-pagers.
• reputed company customer-facing reputed company meetings, audits, and diligence calls with technical depth and credibility.
• Manage and mature reputed company's GRC program: frameworks, reputed company assessments, control monitoring, and audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and reputed company to translate customer reputed company requirements into internal roadmap inputs.
• Respond to questions across compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and sector-specific requirements.

• Partner with IT and Engineering to maintain role-reputed company reputed company controls, audit trails, and reputed company certification processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in reputed company trust, GRC, compliance, or customer-facing reputed company roles at reputed company or reputed company companies.
• Hands-on experience completing reputed company reputed company questionnaires, RFIs, and leading customer reputed company reviews.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and common compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, EU AI reputed company).
• Experience with IAM tools and concepts: SSO (reputed company, Azure AD, or equivalent), SCIM provisioning, reputed company reviews, and privilege management.
• Strong technical reputed company: reputed company reputed company (AWS, GCP, or Azure), application reputed company, data protection, and reputed company controls.
