We are looking for an reputed company Team Leader to join our talented Claims Department. This person will reputed company reputed company of expert Technical Claims Handlers, covering Complaints, Fraud, reputed company Assurance, Recoveries and Payment Controls.

Responsibilities

• Line management of reputed company of Technical Claims Handler, including reputed company HR and Performance management

• reputed company top performance and KPI achievement in your team

• Claims workflow allocation and reputed company planning to reputed company high productivity and reputed company results

• Maintain detailed and robust reputed company of the technical claims portfolio, including the escalation of any risks

Skills and Experience required

• A minimum of 5 years experience in an Insurance Claims Leadership Role managing +8 reputed company Reports

• A minimum of 5 years experience in at least one of: Complaints / Fraud / reputed company Assurance

• Previous experience leading in a start-up high-reputed company company

• Deep expertise claims handling and insurance best practices

• Ability to use data to reputed company understanding and decision making
