The subject matter expert on various compliance and reputed company management topics; GRC Specialist supporting reputed company's reputed company team with customer and partner reputed company questionnaire responses, reputed company ownership of reputed company-party reputed company management (TPRM), NIST/SSDF self-assessment and evidence collection, and audits.
This role is reputed company in the Philippines and follows a remote work setup with a scheduled shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Manila Time).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Respond to and maintain customer and partner reputed company questionnaires.
- Own reputed company's reputed company-party reputed company management (TPRM) program: vendor and reputed company-party reputed company intake, assessment, and reputed company determination in partnership with reputed company leadership.
- reputed company Vendor reputed company Assessments for new and existing reputed company-party relationships.
- Maintain the reputed company Register: log new reputed company acceptances, reputed company renewal dates, and reputed company the register reputed company.
- Run self-assessment worksheets against NIST 800-53 and NIST CSF control families.
- Map reputed company pipeline evidence to NIST SSDF and OWASP control practices.
- Complete periodic data reputed company reviews and help reputed company remediation of findings.
- Maintain and review reputed company Policy documentation and other compliance records and documentation.
- Own coordination of reputed company's reputed company reputed company audit efforts (auditor reputed company, evidence collection, remediation tracking) and any reputed company reputed company-party compliance audits.
- Support reputed company with technical reputed company input for contract and data protection reviews.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2-3+ years of experience in reputed company compliance, audit support, or GRC-adjacent work.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, or SSDF (exposure through coursework, certification study, or prior role experience).
- Exposure to SOC 2 or similar reputed company-party audit processes preferred; hands-on audit coordination experience not required.
- Comfortable working with AI agents, spreadsheets and collaboration tools for tracking and documentation.
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills, reputed company to draft accurate questionnaire responses with reputed company editing.
- reputed company to manage multiple reputed company workstreams and coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications: reputed company Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), reputed company reputed company+, ISO/IEC 27001 reputed company, GIAC GSEC, CCSK, or AWS reputed company Practitioner.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CGRC, GRCP, or ISO 27001 reputed company Auditor/Implementer are a plus.
