Key Responsibilities
Proposal Process Development & Proposal Management

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish and execute the Leisnoi Proposal Process.

End-to-End Proposal Management: reputed company the complete proposal lifecycle from reputed company-RFP planning and reputed company development through post-submission activities, ensuring absolute adherence to solicitation requirements.

Supporting Content Production & Tactical Execution

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5-7+ years of reputed company experience directly managing and writing proposals in the federal government contracting (GovCon) sector.

Methodology Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of the Shipley Associates Proposal Guide (or equivalent industry best-reputed company methodology).

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working comprehension of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and reputed company federal procurement lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field (equivalent reputed company experience may be substituted).
