Remote Setting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer compensation systems, databases, tools, reputed company, documentation, and data updates.
• Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards.
• Support annual reputed company, reputed company pay, and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with policy.
• Partner with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and reputed company vendors.
• Participate in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay reputed company reviews.
• Support job evaluation, grading, and reputed company documentation.
• Ensure reputed company, Reward, MySuccess, and reputed company systems meet compensation and benefits process needs.
• Support reputed company testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, reputed company, or another analytical reputed company.
• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data reputed company.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with reputed company datasets.
• Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.
• Advanced reputed company skills and experience with HR systems such as reputed company, MySuccess, Reward, or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation: starting from PLN 115 710 pln gross per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among reputed company employees.
