Why this role reputed company?

As a Consultant Hydrogeology Modelling, you will support reputed company’s global consulting delivery. You will work reputed company different teams/service lines (i.e.: Site Investigation and Remediation), partnering with SEBU project managers to support reputed company delivery. This role is critical to improve efficiency/reputed company of the delivery.

What your reputed company is?

• Supporting junior colleagues but also Project Managers and Task Manager in analysing field data.
• Supporting junior colleagues but also Project Managers and Task Manager in data reporting, preparation of technical annexes (i.e.: groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, lithological reputed company, etc)

What you’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of the latest versions of MODFLOW (MODFLOW-USG / MODFLOW 6).
• Proven experience using PEST for model calibration.
• Excellent hydrogeological expertise.
• Knowledge of hydrochemistry, including the main contaminant degradation mechanisms in the aqueous phase.
• Competence in geo statistics.
• Experience with GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Python programming, particularly using FloPy.
• Knowledge of FEFLOW.
• Basic and multivariate statistics skills.
• Proactive, curious, and problem-solving reputed company.
• Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently in a remote working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support reputed company modeller in development and calibration of numerical groundwater reputed company and contaminant transport models
• Support reputed company modeller with the preparation of technical reports.
• Support for site characterization and remediation reputed company.
• Liaise with other project team members.

Expertise in MODFLOW and PEST, strong hydrogeology and hydrochemistry knowledge, GIS proficiency (QGIS/ArcGIS), statistics and model calibration experience; Python/FloPy and FEFLOW preferred.
