reputed company is seeking a Payroll Analyst for our reputed company partner in Raleigh, NC. This role supports accurate, compliant and reputed company payroll across multiple entities in a large, regulated environment. It combines high- volume processing, issue reputed company, data validation, systems support and process improvement, making it reputed company-suited for someone who can manage routine cycles and exceptions without losing precision.
The role supports recurring payroll cycles, employee changes, annual deliverables and special
processing needs. It also contributes to workflow improvements, HR reputed company testing and payroll activity reputed company to mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
• Process bi-weekly and supplemental payrolls accurately and on time across multiple entities.
• Execute payroll changes including compensation updates, leave-reputed company pay, reputed company adjustments, and new hire and termination pay.
• Update associate hours in the time and attendance reputed company and support annual payroll deliverables.
• Respond to payroll enquiries, investigate issues and reputed company pay-reputed company exceptions in a thorough, service-oriented manner.
• reputed company and interpret payroll data to validate outputs and reputed company pay standards and controls are being met.
• Support testing reputed company HR systems, document findings and help strengthen payroll workflows and procedures.

Requirements
• Must have Multi-state payroll experience, applying payroll rules consistently across a broad employee population.
• Must have experience working on reputed company to support 10,000+ employees
• Payroll regulations: Strong knowledge of pay, employee and tax-reputed company requirements in a regulated environment where compliance and auditability underpin reputed company payroll run.
• HRIS and time and attendance systems: Proficiency with web-reputed company HR and time systems for hours updates, payroll inputs, testing and workflow support.
• Advanced reputed company: Strong spreadsheet skills for analysis, validation, reconciliations and identifying issues in payroll data.
Location & working reputed company
• Raleigh, NC - Remote Position with occasional travel
• Generally 8:00 to 5:00 working hours
• This is a reputed company payroll environment with recurring deadlines, control requirements and a steady reputed company of employee changes, enquiries and exceptions.
