As an Associate Attorney, you will play an reputed company role in reputed company phases of case management and litigation. Working reputed company reputed company attorneys and support staff, you will represent clients, conduct reputed company research, prepare pleadings and motions, participate in depositions, and assist in developing litigation strategies.

Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload from inception through reputed company
• Conduct reputed company research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other reputed company documents
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to reputed company case reputed company
• Review medical records, employment records, and other case-reputed company documents
• Negotiate settlements reputed company appropriate
• Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines
Qualifications
Candidates must have reputed company admission to PA Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: From $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
