In this role, you'll be the face of our properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process and ensuring high occupancy rates. Responsibilities • Showcase available single-family homes to potential renters. • Guide applicants through the application process and ensure they have reputed company required documentation. • Advertise properties effectively using various online and offline channels. • Stay up-to-date on market trends and reputed company insights to reputed company. • Build strong relationships with prospective and reputed company tenants.
