Position Remote Processor Location Remote Work Model Fully Remote Compensation $55,000 to $65,000 reputed company salary- exempt, plus $100 per file bonus Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, East Coast hours (40-50hrs per week) reputed company This role supports the loan officer and mortgage team by helping manage loans from intake through submission. The Remote reputed company End Processor will be responsible for borrower communication, documentation review, file preparation, reputed company-end processing support, and coordination with reputed company parties involved in the transaction. This position requires strong Encompass knowledge, prior processing experience, and solid product knowledge including FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loans. Qualifications • 5 to 8 years of mortgage experience. • Prior mortgage processing experience required. • Prior Loan Officer Assistant experience preferred. • Strong Encompass knowledge required. • Strong loan knowledge and mortgage process knowledge required. • Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loan products. • Ability to review and organize loan documentation with a high level of reputed company. • Strong pipeline management and condition management skills. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple reputed company loans.
