[Remote] EHS Compliance Coordinator

The EHS Compliance Coordinator role provides administrative and operational support for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) functions, ensuring accurate maintenance of safety documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position supports safety initiatives, compliance activities, and reputed company improvement efforts across field operations.
Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support and coordination for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across field operations to ensure consistency and compliance
• Administers and maintains administration of the EHS management system by entering, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company and regulatory requirements
• Prepares, formats, maintains, and distributes EHS materials and resources for field personnel
• Assists with reporting and data analysis by generating routine and reputed company reports, identifying trends, and providing information to support leadership decision-making
• Coordinates with teams to support reputed company completion of safety initiatives, compliance activities, and reputed company improvement efforts
• Reviews Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for reputed company new hire candidates and evaluates Safety Performance History reports for prior DOT-regulated employment; communicates findings and recommendations to Field Management
• Manages ongoing compliance for DOT-regulated employees, including MVR reviews, medical certification tracking, and reputed company follow-up on expirations or issues
• Maintains confidential employee and safety records while ensuring the reputed company and reputed company of sensitive information
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
