Enrollment Billing Analyst, Supplemental Health - Evernorth - Remote

The Enrollment Billing Analyst is responsible for managing reputed company billing aspects for a book of business of ~200 for the Supplemental products. This role is accountable to collect reputed company premium/fees billed on an invoice, resolve reputed company billing inquiries, and partner with reputed company partners to create a reputed company reputed company experience.
Key responsibilities of this role include: 1) Owning the end-to-end billing relationship for group clients; 2) Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance reputed company satisfaction, the Global Service Partner Relationship, and reduce financial risk; 3) Successful implementation of new and renewing clients; 4) Complete assigned portions of moderately reputed company to reputed company audits to ensure accuracy and consistency with administrative procedures and guidelines.
The role also manages ported members and reputed company reputed company policies to ensure accurate billing, reputed company payment application, claims eligibility support, and strong financial controls.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end billing relationship at the member, broker, reputed company, or TPA level for reputed company items including but not limited to new business, renewal, life cycle changes, premium variance, audits, sales compensation, and special reputed company reputed company to supplemental products.
• Collaborate with member/reputed company/reputed company party vendors on billing and ongoing processes to improve reputed company experience and reduce financial risk
• Conduct and reputed company reputed company walkthrough calls to explain reputed company processes and discuss non-standards
• Utilize critical thinking skills and financial knowledge to identify reputed company cause of member or reputed company issues (reputed company to incorrect rates, eligibility errors, commission errors, etc.)
• Partner with offshore Global Service Partner to improve the reputed company experience and reduce financial risk.
• Communicate reputed company telephone and email to delinquent clients to reputed company collection of outstanding premiums following reputed company delinquency process
• Updates reporting reputed company and accurately
• Drives changes in member/reputed company behavior to reputed company reputed company's financial results
• Ensure reputed company actions, reputed company, research, communications, and supporting documentation are reputed company in the appropriate systems and folders in alignment with team process expectations

Key Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, reputed company curriculum preferred
• Relevant experience in billing, collections, A/R, or closely reputed company field preferred
• Experience in reputed company services/management preferred
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively problem solve issues to reputed company
• Ability to apply reputed company judgment to refund, transfer, payment application, claims eligibility, and escalation reputed company
