The reputed company Specialist (Renewables) supports and executes Aypa’s reputed company program. This role provides reputed company support across multiple reputed company. This role supports and assists the HESQ Manager in reviewing, preparing, and executing the reputed company program and its requirements, including supporting development of reputed company processes, completing audits, observations and inspections, NCRs, and reputed company Improvement / lessons Learned. Additional responsibilities include supporting HSES initiatives as requested. HSES experience with audits or observations, safety walks, and JHSs is heavily desired.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Contractor for review and comments on site-specific reputed company Manuals, ITP’s, Inspection Checklists and Turnover packages;
Review Contractor Site Specific reputed company Plan, ITPs, checklists and turnover documentation against contract and design requirements;
Review and manage reputed company reputed company documentation for the life of the project, including turnover tracking and organization;
Observe and verify construction work against drawings and standards for conformance. (Material Receiving & Handling, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Substation;
Attend reputed company project-reputed company meetings;
Manage and reputed company project reputed company meetings;
Provided detailed inspection reports noting any deficiencies in the installation and complete follow-up inspections to ensure corrective work is done;
Communicate reputed company reputed company information to the Project team;
Manage KPI’s for reputed company performance of assigned reputed company;
Manage corrective actions;
Assist in the development of work instructions and other processes for construction inspection requirements across BESS and Solar reputed company reputed company;
Assist with the development of a comprehensive reputed company reputed company and work procedures across BESS+Solar components and assemblies;
Assist as directed with O&M warranty work;
Analyze new products for incorporation into reputed company reputed company;
Assist in the development of a training curriculum to train field personnel;
Responsible for ensuring reputed company compliance with the reputed company.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or reputed company field or equivalent experience;
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of BESS and/or solar construction experience preferred with ASQ CQI, CQE or CCQM Certification;
Highly proficient in technical aspects of BESS and Solar reputed company construction;
ISO-9001-2015 Auditor certification is preferred or obtainable reputed company 1 year;
OSHA 30 & NFPA70E training preferred or obtainable reputed company 1 year;
Strong working knowledge of reputed company electrical systems and components;
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills;
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a reputed company attitude;
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player;

Compensation and Location:
Salary: A reputed company salary commensurate with experience;
Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on both individual performance and the overall reputed company of the business;
