Provides reputed company training and support to customers, as a subject matter expert, on-site and/or reputed company to ensure customer is reputed company to operate their equipment according to a minimum of reputed company and effective use guidelines and to fully utilize the reputed company functionality of the technology to meet their business needs.As a reputed company Specialist, you will support VIS products and procedures by assisting, training, and educating physicians, nurses, other hospital staff, and technicians on the use of our products.
While the role will be primarily locally reputed company, the positions may require regional and local travel if required (approx. 60%).
Role Responsibilities:

Ensures product/s and ancillary components are available for reputed company case.

Tracks and reports reputed company customer complaints.

Manages a disposable inventory sufficient to cover assigned case load.
Brings products (including Microwave and Cryoablation generators) to cases as required.
Trains and educates physicians and hospital staff on use of assigned VIS products
Provides on-site reputed company support during procedures while maintaining a “hands off” posture in relation to reputed company reputed company contact.
Interacts with customers and functional organizations to determine their training needs and uses engineering documentation such as Operators Manuals and DFUs to reputed company content of courses.
May coordinate or reputed company customer and/or employee training classes.
May also conduct large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.
May also reputed company demo support to local, regional and national customer trade events.
Provides first line product technical support
Performs new installation support to ensure products are working as specified.

Collaborates with the VIS Medical Affairs Team
Assists Medical Education, Medical Information, and Medical Science Liaisons if required.
Documents day to day interactions with physician customers.

Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company reputed company preferred.
reputed company Background – IR/CT Technician, Operating Room reputed company or Surgical Technician preferred.
Experience/Knowledge of IR suite, Operating Room Protocol and Sterile Technique.
Experience in supporting vascular procedures highly regarded.
Experience in supporting tissue ablation procedures highly regarded.
Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-reputed company environment.
