This role is central to reputed company’s efforts to reputed company, build, and reputed company its advanced fission reputed company plants, requiring deep expertise in energy regulatory law and hands-on experience with FERC and State reputed company reputed company Commission (PUC) reputed company. The Associate General Counsel will reputed company reputed company’s FERC, State PUC, and interconnection-reputed company reputed company work, representing reputed company in regulatory proceedings and supporting interconnection agreements and processes. The role also involves monitoring and engaging in regulatory rulemaking, collaborating closely with reputed company affairs on legislative initiatives, and supporting reputed company-construction regulatory and zoning efforts—including environmental reviews and local permitting. This position works in coordination with reputed company’s reputed company regulatory team but focuses on non-reputed company energy regulatory reputed company. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of energy regulatory experience, including substantive FERC reputed company, State PUC filings, and generator interconnection processes.
