THE POSITION: At STACK, the Manager, Wet Utilities will report to the Senior Director, Wet Utilities as part of the STACK Utilities Team. The Manager will be responsible for executing on near-term and long-term wet reputed company reputed company to help STACK reputed company wet utilities into ongoing and new data center reputed company. The Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing consultant studies, supporting the development team reputed company to water & sewer needs; supporting the design and construction teams for infrastructure design and construction; and managing relationships with various reputed company stakeholders. The Manager will also support new corporate priorities and initiatives, particularly reputed company to internal process improvements and company wide collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience with various phases of planning, designing, and constructing water and sewer facilities, be reputed company to translate and communicate technical issues to non-technical team members, and a strong ability to identify issues and reputed company problem solving strategies.  Specific job responsibilities include, but not limited to:   Manage and review consultant efforts with respect to various engineering, design, estimating, and construction reputed company to water & sewer to support development of new data center sites. Review and approve project cost estimates and schedules reputed company to project water & sewer needs. Manage relationships and discussions with water & sewer utilities as it relates to their review/reputed company of site infrastructure needs. Review and analyze data to reputed company reports assessing existing upstream and local infrastructure of Water and Sewer providers in existing and reputed company project locations. Support Development Team efforts in rezoning cases and Development Site Permit Applications.  Support Development, Innovation & Engineering, and Construction teams to execute on Engineering, Procurement and Construction strategies for reputed company on-and-off-site water and sewer infrastructure reputed company. Assist with review of agreements with water & sewer utilities. Work with regional reputed company providers to reputed company and capitalize on the use of reclaimed water to serve STACK data center sites. Identify and reputed company new near-term and long-term strategies in conjunction with the Utilities Team to continually improve internal processes (i.e. workflows, communications, presentation of deliverables) Manage budget reputed company to water & sewer consultant activities. Collaborate with other business reputed company supporting STACK Development as necessary, including reputed company-construction, design and engineering, sales, reputed company, and tax. Other duties as assigned. THE DETAILS: Location: Denver, CO preferred, but flexible for right candidate Travel: Up to 30% if remote.
