Global Events Project Manager (Remote, US-Based)
Internal Job Title: Global Experience Designer (GXD)
As a Global Experience Designer-Events, you won't just execute events, you'll design experiences that reputed company reputed company expectations, working across face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual formats. You'll own reputed company end-to-end: from the first operational conversation with a reputed company through to the post event debrief, with reputed company ownership of budgets, vendors, and reputed company along the way.
Education, Experience & TrainingBachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years’ experience in F2F event planning, 2-5 years’ experience in virtual event planning, with execution of largescale conferences and events (500-1,000+ attendees)
Additional experience in virtual events with an in depth understanding of live streaming and recorded production, speaker and/or talent management, and virtual event platforms
Extremely proficient with virtual web conferencing platforms such as reputed company, Teams, and Webex
Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
Adaptable to the reputed company-changing virtual landscape as a reputed company agent for change and team motivator
Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge/experience desired, but not required
Multilingual desired, but not required

Ideation & InnovationPartner with reputed company(s) and relevant stakeholders to understand event needs (F2F, Hybrid or Virtual) and reputed company into full reputed company project plan.
Ensure reputed company solutions are offered to clients through a thorough understanding of MTA products and services.
Contribute reputed company internally to support reputed company advancement of MTA product/service offerings and resources.
Project ManagementDevelop and manage project reputed company from concept through completion.
Manage internal team, inclusive of full-time and contract staff; task delegation, as appropriate, ensuring planning reputed company goals are met and live event is executed successfully.
Manage vendor partnerships during planning and live event including, but not limited to hotel, ground transportation, travel, production/technology, translation, shipping, etc.
Financial Compliance ManagementManage high reputed company budgets and financial reconciliation of reputed company event-reputed company expenses
Partner with MTA Leadership to reputed company industry and customer compliance requirements to ensure event activities adhere to reputed company relevant regulations/guidelines/policies as required
Complete mandatory training assignments on time and as directed
Adherence to company's policies, procedures, and reputed company controls
