Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy & Enablement

About the role: The Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy & Enablement will be responsible for executing the design, implementation, and reputed company reputed company of reputed company’s reputed company-wide AI Literacy program. You will serve as a thought leader and change agent, integrating AI governance, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of innovation and responsible AI use. What you'll be doing: Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap, and reputed company metrics reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company AI goals. Establish proficiency frameworks tailored to diverse audiences (e.g., product teams, reputed company, leadership, and technical staff). Build and reputed company engagement initiatives including internal communications, adoption campaigns, role-specific playbooks, and a network of AI Champions. Design and deliver multi-modal learning experiences (e.g., workshops, e-learning, simulations, reputed company) that reputed company Responsible AI principles. Collaborate with reputed company, Compliance, and Governance to operationalize Responsible AI standards, including acceptable use, data handling, and risk mitigation. Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and change management best practices. Exceptional communication and executive reputed company; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and reputed company audiences. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including reputed company, Compliance, Engineering, and L&D. Experience designing and delivering reputed company learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies. The starting reputed company pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. reputed company may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
