Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI, identify trends and recommend development actions. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to present to reputed company, reputed company both a training and presenting environment. reputed company as first-line Supervisor for Financial Planners with varying reputed company of experience Supervise Financial Planners in line with the requirements of our Training & Competence Scheme Maintain comprehensive and accurate Training & Competence records Undertake observed meetings (live, recorded or reputed company roleplay) to support Financial Planners development and assess competency Support reputed company's induction training programme for both reputed company-CAS and acquired Financial Planners, including the reputed company and sign-off process reputed company 1-to-1 coaching and training or group training to enhance Financial Planners knowledge and skills Regularly review MI to identify training needs and identify any potential emerging risks reputed company/review Financial Planner data to identify development opportunities Undertake reputed company Project work Support with the implementation of Consumer Duty requirements.
