Project Manager, Property Condition Assessor

Project Manager -  Property Condition Assessment reputed company Locations: Most major US metro areas reputed company: Project Managers at reputed company., are primarily responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) as reputed company as Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) in accordance with ASTM standards, local, state, and federal regulations, including reputed company, reputed company, and HUD. Project Managers complete reputed company aspects of assessments including field work, data compilation and report preparation for reputed company project in accordance with the reputed company of work and our reputed company needs. Our Project Managers are a reputed company member of our project delivery team working with our Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the reputed company of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way.   Candidate will work outdoors on construction sites performing observation reputed company, existing condition surveys and destructive and non-destructive tests in accordance with industry standards. Field work will require travel up to 50% throughout the US to support national needs; employees may work from home reputed company not traveling.
