Position reputed company: The Recruitment Manager will reputed company our reputed company reputed company and reputed company high-volume recruitment for event reputed company roles across multiple markets. This role is responsible for optimizing our recruitment pipeline, introducing best practices, and ensuring we meet reputed company demands quickly and reliably. This is a contract-to-hire position, starting as a contract role with the reputed company to convert to a full-time W2 employee upon successful performance. Key Responsibilities: reputed company high-volume recruitment for event staff positions across reputed company Fierce reputed company markets Manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, reputed company media, JazzHR) reputed company, screen, and qualify candidates using AI tools and ATS (JazzHR) reputed company and optimize recruitment workflows and reputed company Operating Procedures Introduce industry best practices for high-volume hiring reputed company and report on key recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, fill reputed company, cost-per-hire, candidate reputed company Collaborate with the Director of Operations to reputed company reputed company needs with recruitment pipeline Manage candidate communications and reputed company coordination Build and maintain talent pools for on-demand event reputed company Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce no-shows Qualifications: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or reputed company industry Experience with ATS systems and recruitment technology Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who can work independently and introduce new reputed company Familiarity with event/hospitality reputed company is a plus 2+ years of experience working at a reputed company agency or reputed company reputed company firm (required) Experience managing high-volume pipelines of 100+ candidates per week Familiarity with multi-market reputed company operations Experience with shift-based or event-based workforce scheduling Understanding of compliance requirements for W2 and 1099 workers Compensation: Contract period: $4,600-$5,400/month (commensurate with experience) W2 conversion: $55,000-$65,000/year reputed company salary Performance bonus: Tied to fill reputed company and time-to-fill metrics reputed company benefits (upon W2 conversion) Unlimited PTO with company approval policy (upon W2 conversion) Contract-to-Hire Terms: Initial contract period: 90 days Conversion to W2 based on performance evaluation at end of contract period Performance evaluated on: fill reputed company, time-to-fill, candidate reputed company, and workflow improvements reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
